If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on customercarcare@dvijanaturals.com or call us on     +91 8080830660 (Monday to Saturday, 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Returns are allowed only so long as the products are received in our warehouse in the same original unopened packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

In case of return of a missing or damaged product please ensure the following :

1. A video while opening the shipment – the video needs to be uncut or unedited right from opening the shipment till verifying the product(s).

2.  Mail us at customercare@dvijanaturals.com with images, videos of opening the shipment, the order number, (and bank account details for Cash on delivery order) within 2 days of receiving the order.

•  No refund for returns of used products/ opened products will be allowed.
•  No claim for missing/damaged product will be allowed without opening video evidence.
• The refund wherever applicable, will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the product in our warehouse and verification of the same as detailed above.
• The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 1-2 business days and should reflect in the account within 5 business days.
